My CommentThis movie primarily tells the story of Jackie Stewart without showing much of racing scenes. But there are some sequences that take you on a lap around the Monaco GP track: Brilliant!

All in all: a very heart touching documentary about the "Flying Scot"! I flagged the movie with the year 2002 as the story telling interviews have been recorded back then (Jackie's wife Helen, Ken Tyrrell, his brothers and sons).

With his black cap and sideburns he became an unmistakable icon of a glorious era of glamour and speed. Venturing far beyond the world of sport, 'The Flying Scot' is above all a compelling human story and a comprehensive insight into the triumphs and tragedies of Jackie's eventful life.

The film includes contributions from friends and colleagues, including Niki Lauda, Emerson Fittipaldi, Sean Connery, Murray Walker and Edsel Ford, as well as the last ever interview from the late, great, Ken Tyrrell, without whom Jackie's career would have taken a very different turn.
